L'Escargot Montorgueil is also one of our favorite restaurants in Les Halles, their Boeuf Rossini is amazing, very flavorful and tender. My wife loves the truffle escargot, while I preferred the traditional escargot. Don't pass up the Crème brûlée and the Café Gourmand here, I know they are everywhere, but L'Escargot does a better than normal take on them. This is a fun and wonderful experience and the service is friendly and good, highly recommended...

Hear me out: frog legs are French chicken wings! They may not be served breaded and covered in buffalo sauce, but it's such a similar experience. You have small bits of white meat with a bone in the middle, and you nibble around it. Tastes like chicken. I like them even better because they seem to have less fat and sinew.
