Microwave oven working but not heating. Easy fix diy. 2019 update

A new and better video update for the previous one where i explain how to fix your microwave that works but doesn't heat. Easiest fix you can find. Follow the instructions and your microwave will heat again.
If you discharge the HV Capacitor and pay attention to what you are doing you are safe.

He'll get you killed. Everything else was correct EXCEPT touching that capacitor with the screwdriver. If you cross those terminal's you'll see why.

I bought my Daewoo microwave in 2000 and it’s only this year that it stopped heating up. I felt sad that it was not heating anymore. I then thought of buying a new one but exactly the same as what I have as it lasted more than 20 years, perhaps the way how I look after it and the durability of the product has contributed to its longevity. It was pricy when I bought but it’s worthed.
I thought of searching in RUclips and I have come across your video..I bought exactly what you showed in your video at Amazon and I was excited when it arrived. I then follow your video and changed the fuse of my microwave. Wow! It did worked and I am so happy! Thank you for sharing your video. Now I can use the money I am supposed to buy a new microwave for an air fryer😊.

My GE microwave from 2005 finally crapped out. At first ruclips.net/user/postUgkxO_Bc204MGjxDl87cOKcdgaRhzSqGmv_g I was unsure because I was looking for something with the exact same features. Found it with this one. Interior space cavity was large, but the outside was smaller than my old one. I love the one-button push for 1-6 minutes, and the 30 second add or 30 second start. and MOST IMPORTANTLY, I love how you can adjust the power level during cooking. The reviews said it could not be done, but this marked all the other boxes. and happy to say, it does. I can hit 1 minute start, and change the power level from 10 to 5, 30 seconds in, without interruption. my favorite feature!

I replaced the fuse and started it, it wasn't heating and when I checked the fuse again, it had shorted again. Any idea why the fuse keeps going off? ( and by fuse I don't mean power fuse. Am referring to the 0.8A fuse connected to the transformer. ). The filament keeps cutting off.
