- This is a follow up video for the last HRG weapon for the Halloween update. I showcase the new weapon The HRG Nailgun for SWAT. A modified nailgun resembling the VLAD for Berserker with full auto, and burst fire capabilities. The SWAT Nailgun is a great addition to the class. It's rate of fire is phenomenal and versatile in almost every situation. Great damage throughout, rivaling all of SWATs alternative tier 3s for it's efficiency alone.
In this run, I chose the custom map Aftermath right after the nuked objective I've completed continuing right after the events of nuked. During the run I used the mod Controlled Difficulty to increase the spawn rate and the amount of zeds that spawn. When I first played the map, the spawns were too slow, and the map was too big resulting in boring game play. I fixed this by increasing the spawn rate, and adding more zeds for better game play to showcase the HRG Nailgun in it's full glory. As for the map, it's detail is sharp. It's large and open making it a great kiting map with it's tons of kiting routes available to you. The only downside to the map is the acid rain in certain parts of the map. It restricts your vision damaging you in the process. While it makes for an interesting map gimmick, it doesn't do well for game play. Other then that, it's a solid map I recommend you try.

@@jacobthefiend Radiation actually damages electronics so unless DAR has lead shielding its be more effective yo have a human in a hazmat suit. DAR feels cooler tho

You are the sole reason why I'm purchasing this game for my Xbox one. I was debating it for a while now but I'm not going to be home to play it on pc so imma shoot some Zs on the Xbox.
You would want this game on pc due to the custom maps and mods available.

the swat nailgun literally melts bosshealth, its insane.
Im pretty sure its so strong because just like the vlad nailgun and the crossbow, its projectiles deal slashing damage instead of ballistic (they all make the same slicing sound on impact). My guess is that zeds are vulnerable to that type of damage ( or they are resistant to normal bullet dmg), and thats why these weapons seem to deal more damage than they should.
It's piercing/gun damage (same as Xbow) and large Zeds usually don't have high resistance against this damage type.
FP’s are weaker to thrust damage, but Scrakes are still weaker to SMG type damage

According to Pathfinder, this is the worst perk in the game.
Imagine watching this and still thinking that.
Most people don't aim this well and it's very weak vs big zeds in 6 player games. Flashbang is less effective then freeze grenade and Commando is a better support class. So it kind of is the worst for multiplayer.
Don't forget to indicate in the title the new featured weapon in your gameplay mate, for some SEO shit of some kid searching how good is the nailgun. same with your buckshot video.

you are very accurate in using "melee bash" to smash zombies head with a single punch. i assume timing is the key. is there anything else to be considered?
Timing and direction you are attacking from. Unlike most games, melee in this game does follow your visual hand's hitbox, so sometimes you miss the head even if your crosshair (or intuition) is spot on.
I find thet jumping allows for a much cleaner headbash with melee against singular targets.
Practice head bashes on a lower difficulty, then work your way up.
