If you're already working out you need to eat more. I was 120lbs when I was 18 and got to 160 in a few years. If it's acceptable in your culture you may want to try drinking a gallon of milk a day or make a weight gainer drink. I would put in a blender 1 cup of oats, a few tablespoons of Nutella or peanut butter, a tablespoon of olive oil, and milk for liquid and drink that every day. That would give me 1000 calories in one drink which made it easy to eat a total of 3000 calories per day. Doesn't matter what it is just get those calories in my friend.
This is not full Khabib training. Boxer Bag, shadow box, swiming, Rubber rope, running, wrestling training, reflex training........... It's Just physical fitness!
It's awesome how much effort and failure khabibs hitting. And the other guy is all calm and collected clearly your not doing the full workout ur halfassin ur efforts, dont like it.
