      That targets your triceps and shoulders. The Plate Head Circles exercise is quite a good finisher for arms day. Do 4 sets of 14 reps to finish off the workout.

      If you're already working out you need to eat more. I was 120lbs when I was 18 and got to 160 in a few years. If it's acceptable in your culture you may want to try drinking a gallon of milk a day or make a weight gainer drink. I would put in a blender 1 cup of oats, a few tablespoons of Nutella or peanut butter, a tablespoon of olive oil, and milk for liquid and drink that every day. That would give me 1000 calories in one drink which made it easy to eat a total of 3000 calories per day. Doesn't matter what it is just get those calories in my friend.
