I can't fathom the cheap quality of these Tom Ford shoes. Nothing but a branded name on what's nothing more than a mediocre quality shoe. Amazing really. If I were the owner, I'd send this video to Tom and request a refund. OTOH, Steve is the king of cobbling. Literally. Amazing work as usual!!!

My husband was a Piano Tuner and Refinisher for 40 years (having learned in the old country (Hungary), and his shop looks EXACTLY like your shop. I often tried to encourage him to clean/organize - he fought me tooth and nail as he said he would never find anything. And you work the same way!
I would love to see you do a custom exotic dress shoe from scratch with some type of fancy leather. All in your own style. I'm sure it'll sell quickly too from the following you're getting on here. I love watching this kind of stuff. You truly are a master cobbler.

Had a pair of shoes, heels reglued, it was quite messy when I picked them up. I always wish we had a shop like yours out here. I know he did the best he could, but your training taught you excellence. It's a gift.
