Great video..i agree with most of your points but just think that Boom is over hyped because it is Stephen moffat as he has a big fan base himself.
Personally Devils Chord is no.1 for me and Empire of Death last. I would agree with the rest of if your points.
I would split the finale as it is essentially 2 stories that connect so Legend of Ruby Sunday is higher if not No.2 in my list.
LoRS - builds suspend, mystery and emotion. Basically world building.
EoD - Has to tie up all the loose ends and plot holes since the 60th as well as then build stakes (as the dust of death) and fails at the former as you have mentioned.
An uncommon opinion but i agree that Ruby's mam being no body special is perfect, everything surrounding the cloak, mystery and pointing i have no idea 😂
I would've also changed it so Sutekh was hiding since Wild Blue Yonder as that was the first time we saw/heard the Susan avatar and the TARDIS groaning noise.
Finally i think that LoRS should have ended with the dust of death decimating the universe creating the empire. Then throughout EoD we could get more stakes and running from Sutekh and more time to tie everything up and which would have flowed better and have a better cliff hanger between episodes.
Just my thoughts, thanks again for a cracking video 😁

      Hey mate,
Thanks for watching and commenting. Some interesting points you made there.
Yeah, if Sutekh had only been hiding since WBY, that would've made that plot point easier to accept for me.
Devil's Chord is a fantastic episode.
Thanks again for sharing. It's always cool hearing other people's takes and opinions.

Don't agree with much of your list but glad to see Boom first.
The premise of Boom was great, but the writing really allowed Ncuti to shine in this episode. We got to see him play the Doctor at his most vulnerable and helpless and he nailed it.
With 73 Yards, I feel the first half of the episode is superb - the atmosphere, the lady, the pub fake out, all of it. Just fails to deliver in the second half, unfortunately.

Boom was fantastic. Can't wait to see what Moffat does with the Christmas special this year

As long as Space Babies is banished to farthest regions of Hell and never seen again I could live with the rest of the Sledgehammers. Dot & Bubble was the very best. BUT NOT FOR THE OBVIOUS REASON's RUSSELL hammered you with. :)

Space Babies was easily the worst for me.
