I doubled up on the 2018 because they were actually sitting in some stores. I sold the Deadstock pair for 600 a year ago. I felt kind of bad selling them for that much but took the money lol

I like the red showing on the tongue of the 2018,the 2024 pair leather and shape looks better than 2018 pair they should have just kept the same tongue as the 2018 pair with the red showing,the red showing just gives it a little more detail

On the tumbled leather - the pairs from 1988 were varied - you can look up pictures of old pairs and some are tumbled like Bull's pair, others are almost smooth!

These look terrible on feet I can't lie, I don't know what they did but the 2018 version is just far superior and built with better materials (even if it's only slightly)
It’s like they ruining the show on purpose so the can drop the correct pair later and I don’t understand it. It’s making me angry as fuck this is one of my favorite shoes I’ve had every pair since 2011.

They should've used the mold of the reimagined white/cement 3s for the black cement. The black cement 3s toe box is not slanted enough

Is the Fit the same? My AJ3 WC REIMAGINED is huge. I'm a true 11m and it's a monster on my foot, of course, I tripled up also, all size 11s lol. Thinking about going down to a 10.5 on the Black Cements.

The mud guard leather is different as well 2018 looks cheap this looks more better leather
Went a picked up a 2018 when I saw the new 2024 was more narrow and I prefer the red outline on the tongue as well.
The mudguard leather isn’t synthetic and the elephant print isn’t as think that’s pretty much all the differences
If the elephant print was like the white cement 3's they would almost be perfect
I saw these in person at sneakercon NY there's a few differences especially the elephant print I'm still going to cop regardless
