@@RedBaronisacopper is pretty ductile. It can take lots of bending before it eventually breaks. The amount that you’d need to bend it to take it off/put it back on probably wouldn’t break that in our lifetime
Replacing a paracord core with dead soft (or aluminum) wire is brilliant! I have been making these for awhile but never thought to do that! Although it doesn’t make the paracord as strong if you have to unravel it-but having a bit of wire to use in a pinch is useful as well!❤

You might be able to actually weld the joints with glue by using a solvent glue like PVC glue, or even maybe just methyl ethyl ketone or something.
