I feel like the arrest warrant for The Crawler is more about Tsukauchi's wounded pride than Koichi being a potentially dangerous vigilante.
I don't think he is like that I think because koichi is getting too popular and good at this that people might try to imitate him and get hurt I mean koichi would have died if it wasn't for knuckleduster and sadly not every up and coming vigilante will have someone to mentor him like koichi

He’s starting to become a bit unlikeable in this series....
Koichi has three very simple advantages that makes his win basically sure:
- Verticality
- Direction Control
- Terrain Advantage
Ngl "The high speed villain. The Crawler" is a pretty badass villain name.

He was introduced WAY back with the rest of Pop's pals, and he was in the Sky Egg when 6 was attacking it, so they're definitely different people.

Tsukauchi is by all accounts the bad guy in this situation. Despite the fact that there is clearly more going on here and Koichi has frankly done more for the area than he has, he's essentially just doing this to cover his ass.
He's embarrassed that some rando is doing a better dealing with villains than he is, which I imagine is something he's used to since the police are pretty much next to useless in My Hero against anyone who is even remotely dangerous.
Plus I think even he realizes that what he is doing is wrong but has his hands somewhat tied due to his position as a police officer

I agree with you on everything you said but koichi could be causing alot of harm in the long run because people might try to copy him and become vigilantes and get hurt as not every one is lucky to have a knuckleduster in their life
Given how this is a prequel, I believe this Arc will be what shapes Tsukauchi into the competent Cop we know and love.
One theory I hope doesn’t happen is this. The only one who knows what Six looks like is Koichi, he’s now going away from the hospital and having a pro hero chase him. Six has already shown he can get passed security without any resistance due to shape shifting and Tsukauchi has no idea who attacked from the conclusion of the last mini arc.
With this in mind, Six might be the reason why Tsukauchi becomes as understanding as he does later. Someone is going to die
Just thinking about this earlier, you think THIS is the incident that puts Ingenium on Stain's radar? Assuming of course Stain considers the Crawler a true hero and Ingenium a government stuge for blindly following orders.
I mean I definitely think there's something there. I think Ingenium was deployed so Hosu and picked a fight.

It's certainly possible though that of course leads to the issue of time lines. Namely if this matches up with around the time or close to when Stain decides to attack him.
Though you have to remember, Stain didn't find or intentionally go after Ingenium, it was the other way around.

(cont. of my previous comment). I mean when it comes to catching villains, the law has to be deceitful in order to make the villains lower their guard. And Tsukauchi's plan to apprehend Koichi might be a ruse to lure 6 out.

It's insane how much Soga has changed from the start of the series to now. Like he's protecting the same people he once was attacking in an alley. As for what's gonna happen next, we might get some people from the flashback arcs showing up again like Kurogiri, Miruko, & Rappa.

Ingenium is in this chapter at the same time his brother, Iida, pops back up in MHA.

I am really liking Soga as a character. He just seems like a hero just without a license, smart, planner, loyal. I am liking this series more and more and might even like it more than mha.

There are three things that I want for to happen now, first Number 6 will try to steal something from Koichi before killing Pop Step by revealing himself to everyone and calling himself The High Speed Villain: O'Clock II, the second is either Koichi or Soga to have a Captain America "When the mob and the press..." moment, of which the latter came very close to with this speech and the sock analogy chapters ago and finally a reference to The Dark Knight with Number 6 blowing the hospital like Joker.
I would absolutely love it if in the end he slide and glides off into the sunset

I can't believe they branded Koichi as a villain, like what is wrong with the police? If they know nothing, they should at least brand him as a suspect, not straight up villain.
Because it’s easy to shift blame which Koichi is one of the people to slip through the cracks, with no Perp because he got away someone needs to take the blame. Not too different from real life with innocent people who end up convicted in place of a perp they don’t have much on aside from multiple various descriptions
Koichi is getting too famous that people will imitate him and get hurt so he has to be considered a villian
In all honesty, he is a villain by the law. Koichi is illegaly doing work as a hero by using his quirk. It doesn't matter that he does a good job, but at the end of the day he is breaking the law, and if the police or law-abiding heroes don't stop him other people might try to do the same thing he does but with way worse results.
Adding to this is that tsukauchi has next to no clue about No.5 because he is lacking the readers/ our knowledge about this entire situation. And, to be honest, his actions make sense in that regard. A lot of things point to Koichi, he is missing A LOT of informations nobody is giving him, and the only lead he has is the Crawler who is now on the run. Like it or not, if Koichi would come out and explain his situation there would be chance Tsukauchi would believe him and thus they could all come together to put an end to No. 5 machinations.
This is less of a "good guy/bad guy" situation and more a "Things go south because nobody talks" scenario.

That’s right because Float is one of the quirks. After the crazy that happened last arc, I kind of forgot he can float
I haven't been able to read this chapter yet, but depending on how it unfolds it could help out on the Vigilantes x UA students just as you have been especulating, and I'm hyped to see how both this stories unfold

It’s a gambit. The only way to draw out #6 is to faint weakness. #6 will take advantage of the momentary lack of security. But once he’s out in the open the team will come back to close him in.

Ingenium has no chance koichi can swerve much better has projectiles to distract his chaser can slide on anything or attach himself to any vehicle can slide horizontally or vertically can double jump and rocket himself into the air and can push people back apparently I don't know we seen this once against number 6 when he thought he was close enough to hit koichi and he has pretty sharp senses as stated by o'clock 2
