It's not Tundra specific it's engine specific V35-FTA. I think it's also in the Lexus GX600. I'd say it's pretty significant since the dealers are only offering engine rebuilds or replacements and the failures are literally mostly on sub 50k mile engines.
If you mean over the factory mirror cap, the main reason is because it doesn’t stick to textured finishes. But as for the new cape, I don’t think I’m at that skill yet to PPF something so curved lol I’m still figuring it out
Nice to see all the mods, but you're probably not gonna be able to enjoy the truck this summer because of the safety recall on your engine, who knows how long it's gonna take to get your new engine replaced?

Toyota just issued a massive recall for the Tundra engine failure and I would not consider either in the next 5 years
I got the tundra, rather have the extra space and not need it than to need it and not have it, extra power too!

It's more than a truck problem too it's an engine problem
There will always be haters and the 1st roll outs of new Gen models will always have issues
There is a recall issued for 22-23 tundras fore engine debris. That was most of the issues with engine failure.

How come you didnt wrap the side mirrors with PPF? You're good at it.
