    Have you ever wondered what happens to your mind and body when these non-beneficial emotions dominate your day?
    Research has shown that during moments of intense anger, our bodies produce a surge of toxic chemicals, which can cause significant harm over time 🧪.
    This isn't just a theoretical concern; it has tangible impacts on our health 🩺.
    Despite this knowledge, many of us don't take the necessary steps to address these emotional upheavals 🤔.
    We often accept them as an inevitable part of life, believing that everyone experiences them and that there is little we can do about it 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️.
