There was no dawdling out here today! How do you know when to reset on the Elysium Alps freefall? The only indicator I notice is time after passing the checkpoint, though I'm a novice to Tricky shortcuts :)
Depending on how fast you enter that freefall, u can warp at a second margin. Eg. The way I did it combined with playing a little safe means I warped at 1:03 on the timer
make sure it's the first lap when you try it. it's not impossible to get on laps 2 or 3 but it's easier at the very start... make sure you're the first to get in the elevator, since the elevator acts differently once at least one rider has hit it. make sure you're dead-center in the elevator to make it as likely as possible. wait for the sudden lift in the elevator, and when your camera sets behind your rider like normal again, start mashing the reset button. you don't have to mash THAT fast, a moderate pace should be fine lmk if there's still something missing. once you know how to do it, it's pretty easy
to directly quote the rules under which this category is governed: "In Single Event for either Race or Time Trial mode, complete every race from Garibaldi to Alaska in their intended order (No Pipedream/Untracked). Timing starts when you select Garibaldi from the track selection screen. Timing ends after you cross the finish line in Alaska."
Kelecat I mastered the game in 2002 when I was 6 years old. Pipe dream is not part of the course, but there are at least two races missing in this video (besides pipe dream)

literally no one is cheating here, its a glitch as a result of the game's programming. If youu don't like glitches then look for the games Glitchless category.

In Alaska, the end of the track, I kept seeing it glitch like a different screen would pop up for 2 frames every 20 second?
