Is there any way to access the physical exam practice electronic document and answer key? Same with ROS, HPI, etc. Thank you for posting these lectures on youtube!

At 9:30 You mention that we should remove symptoms or organ systems from the template that were not discussed. Which seems obvious.
But, you mention at 11:10 that if the physician walks in the room, looks at the patient, and speaks with the patient, then the 8 observable elements in the template are to remain in the physical exam even if they don't touch the patient, so these are exceptions to the rule? How universal are these observable elements? Would they pertain to a hospitalist physical exam?
Regarding the example at the end: why does the PE include the lymphatic, endocrine, GU, and Back? These aren't part of the 8 elements in the original template and also aren't included in the example.

@@monsieurpnut agreed that it seems obvious if you have any experience in the field. However, these lectures are designed for students with zero field experience-so things that seem obvious are stated too. Hope that makes sense!

@@monsieurpnut Not currently. I’m working on shorter 10 minute lectures that will include links to practice materials. Check back for when that lecture series is posted!

Thank you soo much. I learned a lot from your valuable lectures. I hope these will give a confidence boost before I could enroll in scribbing class.
