the real issue is that there are too many people who don't actually play with 1hbh, attempting to teach others how to use it. This video was short and informative. This is great info.
The best advice he gave and a lot of other dont highlight is that wrist being an L as well through the follow through. I used to play and quit once I enlisted but after watching and applying it all made sense to me. IF you slow down how a pro hits it, they keep it like that too until after the release. You can’t see it happening in real time and it looks like they just keep their wrist loose throughout.
other coaches here suggest you should leave your non-dominant arm longer on the throat of the racket to gain more control, what´s your input on that? cheers

Easy to understand, but hard to master. I have always struggled with my OHB. I can slice all day long, but Topsin is always a battle for me.
