  • In this video I show you guys how you can make a really cheap agility ladder at home. Agility ladders can get pretty pricey so why not spend way less and just make your own within 30-40 minutes. hopefully this video helps you make your agility ladder. Enjoy

    I was going to make diy ladder and I must have consent to cut bamboo (as a material in making agility ladder) in our home and they said it's a waste of time. Also they said, use a ladder LITERALLY a ladder.😂

    great video. how much pipe and rope did you use?

    • @TeamSummers13
      @TeamSummers13  10 лет назад

      Hey Samonomics, sorry about the late reply, we've busy renovating our gym and learning new workouts for you guys. Really, the length of string used and the amount of pipe used is up to you. Longer string, longer ladder of course. In this video, we used approximately 25 feet of rope and about 160-180 inches of pipe. Of course, these numbers can be changed and you'll still get a great agility ladder for a low price.

    The rungs of that ladder should not be rounded like that, they should be flat. You are asking for a rolled ankle

    Hmmm... I finally followed Ann's advice and took Stodoys plans. It's great for beginners and has some advanced stuff too.
