How many times do I use it a week?

Hi Amy, just a couple questions to ask you.
1) Are we supposed to put it on our hair everyday? How many times a week?
2) Is it diluted already? Do I need to mix it with anything?
3) If you apply it on dry hair, do you need to wash it out?
4) Do we apply it from the scalp, all the way down to the tips of the hair?

1) I use it once a week as I write this comment and it works well on that basis
2) it is diluted already
3) yes you would want to wash it out
4) focus primarily on the scalp and I add to ends for hydration

how many inches did your hair grow?
Do you find the shampoo won’t lather?
I have tried many oils and often find the cleansing the oil out is counter productive as I need so much shampoo and multiple times 🌸
I find shampoo usually lathers just as well to be honest however shampooing multiple times is a great idea with oils to ensure it is out 🥰
Its better to let not overnight, not more than 4 hours. It could cause hairloss. I did oil my scalp overnight every other day for 3 months. Then hairfall started:-(
Every other night is a lot! I use once weekly and it works really well for me in this way 😊
