    Nice bag. I have the Thule Bike duffel which is very similar.

    For better understanding of the bag size, what is the maximum size shoes and helmet it can hold? I wear an XL helmet and size 13 shoes.

    LOL - I have two of those Specialized Bags from decades ago as well - a large and a small! I have been looking at Pedal Industries as a replacement. Thanks for letting us know about this option.

      Too funny! I have the large one as well! I don’t use it as much so it’s still holding up.

    thanks for the review. Would it be possible for you to do a comparison with the Thule Roundtrip. The two bags look like direct competitors, except for the price. Thanks for the great content.

      I was wondering this and took the plunge on the Gulch. It seems a bit bigger and has the right compartments. Ordering from the website, they're offering a free pair of glasses as well! We'll see how it goes when it gets here.

    It looks better and care 15l more than the Thule Roundtrip that I love. Although, I miss the shoulder straps...

    I dont know if you can answer this. BUT as a fellow adventurer on the road would this work as a say a crew on race day for a ultra runner as well as after work bag trail running bag?

      Yes, I think it would be great for that. They just released a larger version that I will review in a few weeks in case you need a bigger bag.

    Was that the 70L or 90L version shown in the video?

    Can you fit a full face in the helmet pocket? Or did you mean you can put it in the main compartment?

    • @ClintGibbs

      I don’t think a full face helmet will fit in the side pocket. It goes in the main compartment which means you still have room in the side pocket for clothing and other things.

    Clint, What bag was your previous one?

    Clint, are those internal sleeves big enough to hold knee/elbow pads?

    • @ClintGibbs
      @ClintGibbs  9 месяцев назад

      Pretty sure they are but I will test tonight and get back to you

      To answer your question, yes kneepads and elbow pads fit fine. Just need to put a set in each pocket, as in I don’t think you put kneepads and elbow pads both in one pocket.
