I have never owned this pedal, and understand how “hype” affects prices and people’s perceptions. I have always been able to create great tones with what I have and eq. All said, out of all the pedals shown, I prefer the Wampler. It has a tone that is far more pleasing to my ears. But great show and useful demonstration of what can be done. Thank you both.
I disagree with the fact that it's a transparent overdrive. There is definitely a mid bump but not as noticeable as with a tubescreamer because there is no bass cut.
hello sardines! it's feeding time ! if youre not happy about your kemper plastic tone don't worry in 2000 hours it might be slightly better. it's just like when they say p.a.f on steroids while they have no clue how to get to the paf tone now kemper users are discussing types of klons...it's a joke
