Good show guys. I didn't know about full range and global settings. You make me want to buy a cabinet.

i have this question. When i perform, i want to hook the xlr out from my modeller direct to mixer, while feeding the 1/4 out to a power amp and a real cabinet for my enjoyment. I also wants to have my delay and reverb "post-cab sim" ion my xlr but "pre-cab sim" on the 1/4 (because no cab sim in the 1/4). if i use fractal or quad cortex, i might split the signal before cab sim, but i have to run seperate delay and reverb for each output. looking at the video, are you saying that, without diorang complex routing, i can get cab sim and effects on the kemper's xlr, and no cab sim but still have the same effects on the 1/4 out? because this is marvelous. Another way to have seperate cab sim out but with the same effects in fractal or quad cortex is putting the cabinet last on the chain and splitting the 1/4 out just before it, but this means on the xlr, the effects are "pre-cab sim", in in my current cheap mooer, it is mono (cabsim module is mono, unlike fractal). I really hope i gave a good explanation there. i might go for the kemper player with level 3 if this is possible.

Hi Thomas, very interesting video as always. I have one question. You said you put the master volume to 0db, actually the max position, Is this a recommendation only for the player?
I have the toaster powered Kemper and I keep the master volume always below -20db otherwise the mixer channel goes all red. Of course my main outputs goes to the mixer.

You must always check the output level with your mixer or audio interface. -12 dB is more of a rough guideline. That always depends on the volume of your rigs. There are also mixers and audio interfaces that can't handle such high levels. It also happens to me from time to time that the sound engineer asks me to lower the level of the Profiler Stage a bit.

Very interesting! Thomas, please, how can you assign a color to the rig line, as it appears in the video? (yellow, blue, red, etc.). Thank you!

The colors are created automatically when you connect the Profiler Player. They show the color of the banks.

@@thomas.dill.guitar Hi Thomas. Thanks for your reply. Having the PowerHead Profiler and not the Player I couldn't have known... I apologize 😉
