I’ve had half dozen customers recently with the same issues. Same time of the year as you described winter time!! When I was approached by an agent I thought I would get more opportunities but nada. I am wondering if the insurance companies are using google maps photos to identify homeowners
Hey Nate, awesome video. I had a customer get a letter saying they needed to have their shed roof cleaned! They were going to cancel their policy if they didn’t get their shed roof cleaned? Like maybe just not cover the contents of the shed if there’s a leak. They’re outrageous.
I haven’t personally seen that example, but I sure believe it. as I mentioned, there are cases when these efforts are warranted but there seem far more cases when it’s just out of control.
Insurance is about taking money, not giving money. I have business Insurance, vehicle insurance, home insurance and many more for the last 25 years and not ones have I claimed, but the price still surge.
The insurance companies read out of a book. They have no common sense. They don’t care whether you chemically treat it or use a turbo nozzle. This is very unfortunate.
@@patricklacasse2877 agreed. They really make no distinction as to how the problem is addressed, and many many homeowners are ending up worse off because of it.
Thank you, Nate always very helpful
