Ship just does zero damage. It’s a light cruiser with similar utility to a Wooster, but without the absolutely insane dpm and with super irritating staying power with the heal. Unfortunately, simply being annoying to kill doesn’t tend to carry games :/
@@matsab7930 I respectfully disagree here- while the raw DPM of the Wooster is better, the San Martin's survivability and staying power allows it to play much more aggressively early on- at a stage in the game where the Wooster still needs to hang back, camp islands, and try to find opportunities to farm, the San Martin can dive into caps and aggressively hunt DDs and if it gets shot to shit it can always withdraw, heal up, and stay in play into the end game.
5:30 Correction: Cheshire DOES have improved AP pen angles. Instead of the standard 45-60° angles, she has…. Wait for it… 45-65° instead! Which isn’t noticeable at all. In comparison, US CA angles are 60-68°, which is very noticeable. So, while technically incorrect, Cheshire might as well not have any improved angles anyway.
With the recent additions of Wisconsin and Tennessee, it could be interesting to see Tsurugi featured as an earlier iteration of a "super accurate" battleship.
The Cheshire is still my favorite boat because it takes skill. The penetrating HE with respect there is no need to spec into it...base stats you can penetrant Yamato... only the Russian boats can resist her and you don't see many of thoes. I only beg to differ on the AA on this boat...cv captains come after you they lose at least 4 planes, I saw that with you at least twice. And bow on she is on par with any cruiser...bow on. She is a true heavy and imho a good looking boat and 12.5 second reload on pre dreadnought bb guns.

Cheshire could be a pretty good ship if WG would just buff the main battery range or give it a spotter plane. Some better torps with some better range would help too.
I’m pretty new to the game, and just finished my first tech tree with the Yamato. I’m working on the German Battleships right now, so do you think you could do a video on the Preussen and how it compares to the Schlieffen? I know they’re both secondary brawlers, but I can’t really tell what sets them apart yet
Prussen is a Heavy Brawler, and Schlieffen is a Battle Cruiser with top speed of 37 knots buffed. Main batteries a little wonky, but not too bad and work best at medium range. Schlieffen full 2ndary build is wicked, and 8 slow torps per side for close in against multiple targets. Buff the steering, dodge, and get close for a lot of damage as you only have 77k damage points. Pruessen hangs back at range with much heavier armor - so is slower but a good brawler with fair damage hits at long range..
These guns are my favorite on Atlantico on wows legends with 12.3km secondaries range 23 percent fire chance. Cheshire is fun if u can actually get hits on the enemy ship. The accuracy let's me down alot

I seem to have way better results with Colombo and leg mod. Damage potential for 16 sap shells is nuts. Plus it has fuel smoke, which Lauria doesn't have.
@@jackcasse Yeah sure, but those 8 457 SAP shells really seem deadly. Colombo doesnt overmatch aswell, but does it matter when you have twice the amount of guns that deal a shit load of damage with SAP?

Cheshire AA build is amazing. It can deplane up to tier 10 CVs if they keep coming near you. But tier 6 CV will cry for sure.
