    How bad is the scorpion problems in the Summerlin area?

      Good evening. Thank you for your question. So far I have not heard any of my buyers there told me they are concern about scorpion. Most likely when the builders have plotted the land, they moved out or have been destroyed.

      I'm in the Cali Bay Area . Love your videos and may be considering the summerlin area late next year. I've been watching a lot of other Vegas home videos and alot of them keep saying that there are a lot of scorpion problems in Vegas, particularly in the Henderson area. I was just trying to compare Summerlin as it lays right against the dessert and hills. So I was concerned about the scorpions and pests.

      Thank you so much Mr. Marcelo for loving the videos. I would be grateful to find the home that will fit your needs when that time comes. Your concerns are valid. The good news is that I haven’t had the chance to see one despite the fact that I am almost everyday on various sites. What I have learned so far is that some have seen a garden snake. But so far, none were harmed in so far as I have been informed. My expectations is that a lot of the animals were disturbed during the process of plotting, leveling and all other items such as soil treatments. I look forward to working with you in the future.

    Absent the furniture this is just another 2,462 square foot home in Las Vegas. At $365 per square foot on a less than desirable street corner lot (potential high vehicle noise/traffic) is simply not a good value. But then again there’s a sucker born every minute.
