Canada has voted against Palestine 150 times at UN in past decade

Canada refused to back a UN resolution for a ceasefire in Gaza-the latest in the country’s complicity in Israeli aggression.
In the last decade, Liberal and Conservative governments have voted against 149 UN resolutions on Palestinian rights-making Canada Israel's second main backer after the United States.

As a Canuck, I have to wonder myself. We are owned by US corporations, and still require Royal Assent from the British monarch to pass a law. We're really just a resource colony of those two imperialistic powers.

@@erikhai1 canada is certainly locked into trade relationships that limit sovereignty in many resource sectors one example being oil and gas making us resource extraction zones.
I wonder if there are secret treaties that limit sovereignty in foreign affairs.
I'm not saying that Trudeau wouldn't support israel without some secret treaty but the perfect record of rejecting every single Palestinian vote in lockstep is strange

Canada always votes with the USA , we do what we are told. That's why we can't get a seat on the Security Counsel, other nations dont want to see USA jr. have a vote
