If you are trying this out. Dont skip steps because you think it is too easy. Also, dont try once and decide it is impossible. I used to do this and nothing worked for me. Try to follow every steps and get it perfect before moving on. Do it repeatedly until you are good with it. This helped me so much so I wanted to share this experience with yall :D

This guy is basically the goat, I tried to do sideflips for ages but was getting nowhere; watched one of his tutorials - his old reliable method of progressing from a 360 jump and slowly changing the axis. I made better progress than I ever have, I'm about 70% on the way to having a proper sideflip and the current progression already looks cool anyway! Like a half twist/barrel roll on thin air. Now I feel like I can get this H twist too. Lmao I'll finally feel like I have a repertoire of neat tricks besides just front flips/backflip/aerial
Should you twist on the side that is your strong side? I'm a right-hand person so would you recommend twisting on that side or should I twist on my weak side?
I think you should put your strong leg at the front, so if your strong leg is the right one, put that leg at the front and spin towards the right. If your strong leg is the left one it's the opposite

If you plateau, remember good form: start with arms out, bring them into it as you jump, then put bring your arms in for more momentum. I find if I'm getting dizzy, spinning once in the other direction helps make me less dizzy.

@gamesyt5708 Don't that dude even I cannot do alot of these flips as well but I can do a Cartwheel and Maccao and I can also do a butterfly kick and B Twist and I can do a frontflip on the matress. So you can learn flips man just take your time and go at your own peace man! Always remember you can achive anything if you put your mind to it and you might learn a lot of flips. I recommand you start with some basic beginner skills to learn flips. List of Skills to learn before doing flips: 1. Cartwheel 2. Round off 3. Maccao 4. Front roll 5. Dive roll 6. Backwards roll 7. Side roll/Barrel roll 8. Fronthandspring and Backhandspring (optional) 9. Vertical jump 10. Jumps and tucks body positioning when flipping. After learning these basic things you can ready to learn flips and the order to flips to up to you but some flips you learn as a start could be a Backflip, Frontflip and Sideflip. After those flips it is up to you to learn flps in any order. Goodluck man! I am trying myself here lol.
What I like about this twist, is when i do it, people think i did the B-twist, only the people that know how to do the b-twist know I’m not doing it. It’s fast so you can sneak it in..and I always do mine with the cartwheel lol 😆

Try to do a 360 twist to your right and then do one to you or left with ever one feels better is the one you use
