You're not a bad driver, it's very impressive you drive this well just after 4 lessons. Make sure to set slightly more gas when you move off and come off the clutch smoother. I noticed a lot in the video the car was hiccupping when you were rushing off the clutch.
passing the test also really depends on the mood of examiner... yesterday i did couple of mistakes but he ignored and passed me.. he said it's ok mistakes can happen... ❤❤❤

I've passed my driving test last week! One minor fault as I parked up on a bus stop but there was no bus coming. These videos are one of the main things which helped me pass. I've had zero driving lessons but my dad has been teaching me it since I was 11. Good luck to anyone who has their test coming up!
Thank you Ellie for coming on. Well done on passing. ❤ She has the ultimate driving course 😮 She now needs the driving shoes from pin’s collection. 😅 She did well.💜
Just bought Pins ultimate driving course! It is absolutely brilliant and the best money I have spent in a long time. Definitely worth it! I will be watching the videos every day up until my test, just to get everything solidly ingrained in my head ready for my test. Thank you!
I'm from Serbia and our driving license process is so different from the UK that these videos don't really help, but I still enjoy watching these videos as they're quite entertaining, and you never know, you might learn something about driving that they don't teach you in driving school
It's feels so weird watching these videos after passing my test (Tuesday this week) as I've never known what it's like to not be a learner! Love and will still continue to watch all of Pin's videos! 🚗
Passed my test first time about 2 hours ago. I got two minors and I’m so happy! My instructor (when I had one) barely taught me anything, but these videos taught me everything. Thankyou so much! I don’t think I would’ve gotten the same result without this channel 🙂
Would've thought the continuous stalling and rollback would have lead to a serious for control of the vehicle? I get that a stall in itself is a minor for control gears but if you do it over and over AND roll back with a car behind you that would turn to a serious, no? Anyway, congrats on passing 😃 good to see another rare pass 👍 still very good for having so few lessons. I'd recommend getting insured on your mum's car, it was dirt cheap when I did that with my mum's car while I was learning, great to help keep the lesson knowledge fresh driving in between.
@@madhavpurcell i guess it depends because i have a habit of coasting sometimes but my instructor marks it as a minor fault because i never lost full control of the vehicle, just a little loss of control so i don't think it would've been considered serious. i think it'd only be considered a serious fault if you continuously coast on more than one occasion.
Hi Pin, I have been watching your videos which provided more clarity while going to my driving classes. I did also take your ultimate driving course(which to be frank I didn't complete). All these videos helped me and I cleared my test on my first attempt. Thanks 🙏
I was thinking that too, because when she stalled on the right turn she had a car behind her. I believe he wanted to promote his course, normally I do like his teaching skills but today not sure what happened to him.
yup, once i realised this guys entire channel was basically an andrew tate scam(basically a persona dedicated to selling you courses) i stopped watching him for actual advice, more or less just watch him for fun now.
Unfortunately I would have failed Alix on her lack of mirror checks and her observation during the reverse park (she relied mainly on the reverse camera). However her general driving was excellent for only 4 lessons.
My 1st attempt I failed due to not looking at the mirrors in the roundabout so it's marked as a serious fault. Today I passed so looking at the mirrors compulsory in Greenock may be.
I have taken only 5 lessons with my instructor and now I am going to take my test this Thursday. I know I will fail but still I will get some experience. Keep me in your prayers.
Good luck! But I’m ngl I don’t get when people say they’ve only had a couple tests, have you driven with family or friends? People fail to mention this 😂
Question. Isit that she has had 4 hrs of professional driving or 4hrs of driving overall? Personally I think it's quite misleading when learner drivers and even drivers who have passed claim they've only had a few hrs of lessons when mummy and daddy have been giving them private lessons x3 a week!
hi, me from the video. can confirm i haven’t had any lessons from either of my parents as i can’t get insured due to their engine sizes. so the video isn’t misleading at all, at this point i genuinely had 4 lessons with a qualified instructor and that was all
I completely agree! People tend to say this all the time “I’ve only had 4 lessons” meanwhile they’re out with family all the time. I never had the privilege to drive with family or friends but it took me 10 months and around 35 lessons to learn to drive.
I've been driving everyday (with my husband) for 1 month and watched well over a 100 hours of these videos, feeling extremely confident and just want to book my test but I don't know if that's being over confident and naive..
Do you have to do theory test in the UK as well or just pass the driving test? Edit: Also, how can she not get a serious fault if she doesn't check her mirrors repeatedly? How many times does it have to happen for it to be serious? With that said she did great, just curious.
How come she passed when she rolled on that right turn with a car behind, also the emergency stop was quite slow along with no checks around the car when moving off? Def just to promote ur course
Personally I would’ve failed Ellie. She was coasting round a roundabout. She wasn’t consistent in her mirror checks. The continuous start stopping on the hill/ roll back.. Although to be fair to her it was her first time doing hill maneuvers. It would’ve been a serious fault had a car been behind her. Elle definitely has the knowledge and it’s a huge accomplishment to be that good after 4 lessons. But there were faults that should’ve been addressed. I have no doubt however, Ellie will pass her driving test first time!!
I was looking down at the gears when I had less than 10 lessons, I don’t know how she manages to drive so confidently in a strange car. Maybe she drives with her family.
@@infinite3joy You don't even drive on dual carriage way or do manoeuvers when you have less than 15 hours. At some point, near the end of the test, she moved off after stalling (and rolling back for the 4th time) and didn't check any bilndspots, which is definitely a serious fault.
@@politiquementincorrect1984i can assure you i have done dual carriageways and all my manoeuvres with my instructor already😭have no reason to lie, it’s not like i was expecting to pass
She didnt pass. When she was setting of for the 3. Time after the emergency stop she didnt check all around and it had been many seconds since her last check
Pin was letting all sorts of things go in this one and really dishonest to put this as a pass. There was multiple stalling, which a couple of times is ok if you react quickly but happened a lot and took a long time to get going on some including roll backs. I get no one happened to be there but that isn’t the point, you surely have to judge as if someone might be there and it overall was not a great reaction. Seen him fail people for much better reactions to stalling than this. Also a general lack of mirror checks including during lane changes. Again if it happens a few times it’s not a big deal but when it happens a lot it should turn into a serious. For one of the roundabout exits around 15:32 she was in the lane purely for turning right for too long and cut across two lanes to exit. It looks like she entered in the correct lane but after the second exit should have safely changed lanes and then would be in the correct lane to exit. Even though Pin said she should have asked earlier which exit it was, it was not safe to cut across late like that even if there happened to be no one coming up behind. The emergency stop was poor and too slow, irrelevant that she hasn’t done one before as this is a test, also although she did the observation checks the first time after she stalled and rolled back several times and eventually got going again she didn’t do them after and just drove off. Although generally she drives at a good standard for so little experience it is wrong for this to be shown as an example of what a pass is as 99% of people would fail if this was them and the 1% would be very lucky.
