    Very cozy condo. It sounds like a good idea to live there part-time and also use it as an investment property for passive income. Thanks for the tip. We're definitely interested in doing something like that.

    Another one nicely presented - Like!
    The Condo seems reasonable to me. Would not be my pick I guess (would like waterfront/ seaview, a good bathroom (with tub/ whirltub) and I do not need city center, can be quiter). Still this condo seems a good pick to me. With a little bit of renovation, it would be even nicer.

      Yes, it's also not my first choice, but it is a great unit and a lot can be done with it
      I've actually got one beautiful Seaview condo coming up on the 30th floor in jomtien. A little pricey though. 12 million but it's 200 sqm so you get a lot of space for the money and a beautiful sunset view

    Looks like it might have started out as two single units that were joined up to make a 2 bedroom unit.

    Agreed on the 2 doors to the bathroom, pointless. Would be blocking off the one from the wardrobe area and could then put a small vanity table and seat against the completed 'wall' where the door had been.

    Very nice apartment. At that price with a bit of haggling that would make sense as an investment purchase. Not sure how easy budget 2 bedrooms are to rent out but it a very nice unit.

      Many short terms renters look for 2 bed properties but long term renters are mostly after one bed units. Though this particular condo is very popular for its beautiful poop and big gym so that does make it a little easier to rent out long term

    I like the size, facilities and location, but I agree with fgafootball, the furniture has to go, and the bathrooms need to be renovated. I hope that's just the chrome flaking off the shower heads and not a buildup of mold. I wonder how much it would cost to install an oven in the kitchen and replace the balcony doors with pocket doors to make the balconies more accessible.

      Needs overhaul basically. If i was selling I'd do it. Seller is passing this on so needs to discount at least another 500k.

      Oven wouldn't be expensive to install. Doors wise I could look into the cost
      The shower heads were just old

      Owner has come back to say 4.4 million is the lowest he can accept. This brings the price down by over 1 million from the original price

    Not bad. Unit still needs improving especially furniture. But nice facilities and location. I'll never buy a unit at this rate 😂

      Yes. Though with the discounted price you can easily buy some pretty good furniture and still be under the original asking price
      The facilities are really good here which surprised me. Just annoying we couldn't film inside the gym
