Explanation to File 114

File 114 was a planned RUclips mystery that was released in late 2021. The video consisted of two separate codes which, when added at the end of a RUclips URL, began a series of more codes to decipher.
Multiple RUclipsrs uploaded this video at the same time without knowing the meaning behind it, to maximise the victory of the first people to solve it rightfully. Before this video was uploaded, nobody achieved this victory, so here's the explanation.
