      @@Hazook That would be GLORIOUS!
*In a super whispery voice:* And here is what a toe loop is supposed to sound like. It's okay if you don't hear it at first, you must become one with the ASMR skating world first

As someone who is too poor to buy separate outdoor and indoor artistic skates, this is probably going to be very handy. Thanks a bunch! ❤

You’re welcome! I’m glad it’ll come in handy☺️ it took me wayyy too long to realize I could tape skates to avoid damaging my boots.

@@Hazook Yeah, something tells me thin, stretchy boot covers just won't cut it when it comes to concrete 🤣

What do the tape do? Im an agressive skater who got 20 years old boot made of plastic will this help keep it going?

Since the boot is made of plastic, I'm not sure how much vinyl tape could do to protect them! Since figure skate boots are made from (p)leather and other softer materials, they get damaged pretty easily, and taping can help keep them looking semi-presentable or protect them from scratches for a little longer.

I used electrical tape from the hardware store (to be honest, I just took it from my dad's workshop so I don't know the brand or anything, but you should be able to find it at most DIY/hardware/home improvement stores! I'm so sorry, I completely forgot to include the type of tape I used in the video! I've heard that there's also tape specifically for taping skates, but I've never really bothered with it because I didn't want to pay for overpriced tape when I knew I'd replace the electrical tape in a month or two anyways).

I bought my frames from a Canadian distributor called Soft Edges!
