Yep like that would happen. Like network rail are gonna get rid of the rail freight depot that makes over a 200 Million a year. Most that will happen will be a extension to the south stand and quadrants. They won't allow Old Trafford to be knocked down its far to iconic.
Take a leaf out of Real Madrid's book. Renovate where possible. If you don't, there's a likelihood in regretting the decision. New stadiums often miss the boat and can't capture the same emotion.

Expansion, Modern refurbishment & a Levelled retractable new Roof!
There's an completed stadium design on WHF!🔰@UtdWesleyy with a comment stating:
So apparently we are looking at an expansion of Old Trafford. It’s been talked about for years but put off because of the complications around the south section of the stadium but if we do manage to do it…🔴
2 Tier SBC Capacity: 88,000
Worth a view, please share!
I would love this stadium it is completely different to all the other stadiums and it will be red all the round
Really good
Send this to the quatar empier this is perfect
Great concept!
Have you got corporate hospitality boxes in there? Are they between the bottom tier and the second?
Historie MUFC je krásna, ale je potřeba postavit nový a moderni stadion pro součastnou dobu. MUFC si to za svojí historií zaslouží. Přejí MUFC, ať se jím to podaří. Josef ČR. Dík.
What we need is a team that performs.
Wow that's awesome 👌 fantastic yes Man Utd 😅😊❤
if this is the idea man so cool.... buy the land 1st then build the main stadium alongside other facilities.... main stadium wud be best have some similarities of old trafford designs or any...finish all then maybe say goodbye to old old trafford....
Manchester United have been talking about building the ultimate stadium since they were formed in the first decade of the 20th century, so I very much doubt this one will happen either.
Old Trafford is the best stadium so far in London
Old Trafford is in Manchester bro.
I really love it! 😍
Yep like that would happen. Like network rail are gonna get rid of the rail freight depot that makes over a 200 Million a year. Most that will happen will be a extension to the south stand and quadrants. They won't allow Old Trafford to be knocked down its far to iconic.
A stadium good enough for Harry Maguire
By the time Qatari are in and stadium are finished Maguire probaly already retired🤣
luton town
Build the new stadium 120k capacity. Renovate old stadium 75k capacity for the women’s team. Now that makes a statement.
Mate no offense to women football but you might want to reduce the capacity to 30 thousand and still most of ain't watching innit
@@vageesh_29 most indian men will watch knowing how they feel towards women...
@@russmanc idk mate I am indian but I'm also 14
Fun concept,, but I still want a rebuild on OT like Bernabeu but with a more traditional industry look...
Wonderful ❤❤❤❤❤
DAMN, THIS CONCEPT IS NAAH. NOT GOOD ANYTHING ELSE YOU HAVE IN MIND?
i like this stadium
Is it a red basin in a yard of houses?
i hope they keep the old trafford's dugout stand design, it is so iconic
Rather have the same one but refurbished its special.
Love old Trafford this is like a lampshade
Super
Hopefully 🤞🤞🤞
And the railway line pops off?
Common lad
It will always be the theatre of dreams
Buying that much of prime land will cost them a fortune, Leave aside stadium building cost.
They should build a new stadium and make it the biggest in the world. We are united!
can you do a concept for my benfica stadium, maybe look in to our older one with 120.000 seats for inspiration.✌🏽
Song remix version?
Take a leaf out of Real Madrid's book. Renovate where possible. If you don't, there's a likelihood in regretting the decision. New stadiums often miss the boat and can't capture the same emotion.
Those sitting in the bottom tier might be a tad wet! Bit of an oversight by the designers as in not knowing Manchester climate!
And PS ……… we require a new team firstly!
i dont want that tbh i feel like old trafford is just too iconic to be replaced by some modern stadium, honestly modern renevation to the outside and facilities of course is fine but to the yk kinda structure or look of man utd has to feel similar
I love this... very beautiful to behold
brilliant but that a lot of ground to buy, someone mentioned the cricket ground......no where near the footy ground
That’s four different designs I have seen now . Is it really going to happen.. hmm
I appreciate the video and the attempt by the design looks awful. Please try something more similar to what we already have. The architecture features of Old Trafford should be preserved. Use creativity instead of doing a generic abstract stadium. Good luck! ❤️
A soulless stadium that is far too red. 🔰 GLAZERS OUT! 🔰
beutiful
UTD fan here, Nice but your not moving my stadium. Redevelop OT but the pitch stays where it is thank you. Dreams have been realized in that theatre NO ggmu utfr
Man.Utd Bosna i Hercegovina.
Get it done
Para cuantos espectadores será este nuevo stadiun
🎉🎉🎉🎉 Man United
New stadium New Era total capacity 150,000 it is real theatre of dream
Yeah right! You would need binoculars if you were sat near the back.
