Disc One is an all-new Best Of featuring the 16 official singles from all four of Creed’s studio albums. The album is sequenced chronologically and includes currently unavailable radio edits where possible. Creed was the first band in history to chart seven consecutive #1 Rock Radio singles.

One of the best Creed songs recorded. This song even relates to the world today- 20 years later.
It's like evil is trying to shut us up and take our livelihoods away if we say something not PC. God will be Judge in the end.... that's the way I see this song.

This is THE most EPIC song they ever released, and I thought this was when Scott was at his peak vocally. I've seen them live and he is good as long as he isn't hammered.

Always get a nostalgic feel from this tune. Not just because I heard it in Scream 3 when that was supposed to be the last movie of the series but it came out in 2000 when my childhood was ending & my teens was about to start. I miss the 90s & early 2000s so much 😩

Yeah, I never heard this song until 2 years ago. I was a casual Creed fan. God truly used their music. I sing in baritone. Lyrics are great.

@@DoctorPhayte Indeed. The guitarist, Mark Tremonti also does great backing vocals. I'm pretty sure that's him- he composed the music, and vocal melodies- so it's easy to get them mixed up- but hey! I think it has to be true because I've listened to Tremonti in his solo career, and the songs "My Own Prison", "Open your Eyes", and "Waters Rising" enough to know that it has to be him. Fala mano! Sou fanzaço do Creed, minha banda favorita e essa música é dukarai mesmo! Uma das minhas favoritas. Tem algumas músicas que ficam meio escondidas até pra quem é fã, as vezes por serem lançadas naqueles chamados "B Sides" dos cd", a exemplo de "Silent Teacher" do último álbum oficial, o Full Circle. Essa (is this the end) felizmente descobri desde minha adolescência, rsrs, mas sei que a sensação de encontrar uma música foda como essa deve ser show. Agora, se tu quer descobrir umas relíquias, coloca no buscador do RUclips, 'Creed demos', que irão aparecer umas mais desconhecidas ainda, pq nunca foram lançadas oficialmente em álbuns. Eu mesmo descobri umas duas nos últimos meses, hehehe! Tamo junto!

Cara##, Creed me aproxima mais de Deus ou de alguma coisa divina que cuide mim e me guie nas dificuldades do que as religiões em si, as igrejas. Olha que me considero Ateu, mas venho aqui pra escutar alguém cantar bela melodias, testemunhando: "Você não está sozinho", "Todos esses dias de choro e sofrimento irão passar", "Existe uma Paz dentro de cada um de nós"... e outras inúmeras músicas que me confortam. Obrigado, Creed!
As melodias deles conseguem grudar na nossa mente de uma forma inexplicável.
Apesar de não ser uma música sobre religião ou espiritualidade, o trecho "Todos esses dias de choro e sofrimento irão passar" é quase a transcrição do livro de Apocalipse 21:4, e encaixou muito bem como música da trilha sonora do filme Pânico 3.
Eu já tinha escutado praticamente todos os discos deles, mas demorei para conhecer Is this the End. Virou minha música preferida.

Stapp has an Elvis quality to his voice more than Eddie Vedder.
That’s who he gets compared to the most. Vedder is nowhere near the powerful vocalist Stapp is in my opinion.
Same! Vedder seems to be more melodic? I don't know exactly because i never liked him, maybe in Ten there is good work, but Stapp has a rage on his voice and a lot of feeling that touches emotions

Every time Catherine revved up the microwave, I’d piss my pants and forget who I was for about half an hour or so.
4 years ago, I almost took my own life. I was abused when I was a kid, broken, depressed, anorexic, bulimic, self-harming. suicidal. My biological father choked me and chased me with the lawnmower as if her was gonna run me over, I went in & out of psychiatric units like it was a game of Chess. Suicide watch. I was on enough Antidepressants to kill a horse since i was 12. I hated myself. I wanted out. I wanted the pain to stop. The abuse to end
I wanted power. I got into witchcraft. I thought it would give me the identity i wanted, to be set apart from people who hurt me. It only made me sicker. Sicker. Thats what it did to me.
The doctors said i’d never get well. That i would suffer severe Chronic Manic depression, and never be well, that id be stuck on antidepressants all of my life.
I would plot suicide on a daily basis, binging and purging my food as often as opening and closing a door. The pain was too real. People choked me. Assaulted me. Told me i was ugly, told me to apologize to him for every year i was alive. i felt worthless. Nothing ever got better. Then my mother died. The (1) & only soul who ever loved /emotionally supported me was removed from the earth. I was stuck living with people who broke me, ruined my identity, thus causing me to hate God. I thought God hated me, that he was just like the ones who tortured me, a family of abusers, who cover up all their actions with the mask of religion. I didnt know that God is on my side. I didnt know that Jesus would Love and Defend me, and fight for me and that He later would heal me, rescue me from Family. The ones who caused me pain. The ones who choked me for wearing a pagan necklace.
I moved out after family threatened to throw all my belongings on the front yard, and have me permanently institutionalized in an insane asylum, when they were the ones who caused my mental illness via abuse.
They blamed me for the abuse they did to me.
To take my life in a psychiatric unit aka insane asylum when they were the ones who made me suicidal.
Next morning i moved in with my dead mom’s parents.
I stayed on the antidepressants, prescribed. But they only made me sicker. I got deeper and deeper into witchcraft, thinking it was a solution. But it made me even more suicidal. Self hatred was inescapable. All my cards have fallen down. I have nothing left. But out. I wanted out.
I decided i was going to kill myself. I was going to take all my pills.
But then Jesus stepped in. I didnt die. I surrendered my life to Jesus to make me well and heal me.
The deity i blamed for me being abused wanted to heal me. He Was fighting for me and Loved me all along.
He wanted to love me. He wanted to give me a new heart. His Heart.
Jesus miraculously healed me - i am off all the drugs and dont need them and i dont have any mental illnesses. I am totally healed , full of joy.
I’m now a born again Christian.
I want ALL y’all to know that JESUS IS ON YOUR SIDE
HE’s FIGHTING FOR you.
