I've been a huge advocate of more for profit companies taking notes on best practice by big international volunteer organisations.
I agree. Quite the remarkable work and research. And of course debunking the age old belief that profit in a non-profit effort is some form of profiteering. Indeed if you want to be successful long term in sustainability and development profitability is a must. Banks take all their consolidated money and make large profits on the world market through investments and loans. Banks pay employees. How much are you paying the agents? I hope you're not just telling them it's going to increase customers for their retail business. How much training are you giving the agents? The agents will be robbed if they become known cash points. What kind of security are you providing for these "human ATMs"? I hope you're not charging fees to the customers for withdrawals and deposits (other than fair market interest on a loan and low late fees). I hope you're paying customers interest on their accounts. Don't squeeze your customers. Don't abuse your agents.
