    I awoke this morning being aware that I was in a ugly mood, feeling my body with aching pain, and just finishing from a negative dream. It is interesting to me that I did not have feelings of anxiety but found myself turning rather to begin observing how I felt and telling myself all this can change for the better just being patient for the rest of the day! Here I am now feeling better and looking forward to having breakfast......Let's hope we all turn the page into having a great and fascinating day! ADB,MD
