Imo Chanel is less utilitarian compared to Dior in a runway setting for example. Dior vs YSL or Armani as the above person replied would have more equal comparisons Chanel vs Cle de peau or Suqqu may work- they have more similar price point and performance

The Patrick Ta foundation works best in my opinion with a dense brush and not a sponge. And tapping it on. It's super blurring and lasts really well on my combo skin
I think the Patrick Ta side looks better. I don't know if it looks different in person than on camera, but I think the Patrick Ta foundation looks better.
I like the Patrick Ta side better just because it doesn't look as harsh it's more natural and fresh looking. Makeup by Mario side the blush and bronzer I find quite harsh especially on the forehead.
I think different aspects of the face looked better on each side. I like the MBM brows, foundation and eye shadow. I liked the Patrick Ta cheek much better, mostly bc of the color of the blush I think though. Love these videos, can't wait to see who's next!

This was sooo interesting. But I do have to say, THANK you so much. You actually show us your real skin so we can see what make-up looks like on real skin instead of skin that's so filtered that it has no pores or texture because for me, I want to see it on your real skin!

I always prefer a wind-up to a pencil that you have to sharpen. I wish they'd think more green and sell the wind-up with extra centres to reuse the plastic winder.
I always mix these two brands up for some reason. I don't own any Makeup by Mario.I brought an eye liner from Makeup by Mario and it fell out of the container after 2 uses, returned. Love Patrick Ta's blushes, want to try his eye shadows. Fun comparison and thanks for the update on wear!
I love the Patrick Ta brown pencil it’s my all time fave. But the others I like Mario. Although I have tried to lip pencil by Patrick Ta I do love the Mario. But girl the Patrick Ta lipglosses I love so much. That was a tough battle.

Morgan- check your eye shadow palette for mold. I am horrified because I ordered it today then decided to look up reviews and omg so many people said their palettes are infested with mold!

THEN they sent another email saying they cancelled my order and refunded me when they did NOT refund me they charged my frickin' credit card AGAIN!! Wtf- I hate this brand. I shop everyday from all sorts of brands and have never had anyone hit my card twice. I wanted to finally try the brand and what a joke this has turned out to be. I should have known not to shop Patrick Ta because a blush a purchased from Sephora in "She's Passionate" immediately hard panned on me after just one use and sits in a box in my closet. Patrick Ta brand is greedy they sell terrible formulations for a cash grab. Never again will I give this brand a chance.
