Wow. John & Joan on the same show. That's very ironic because what 10 years The Hollywood Squares would be revived in syndication with John Davidson as host and Joan Rivers as the center square.
@@pacmannick I would have liked to see Mr. Kenneth William Fertig do more work. He had a great voice that I've only ever heard on three Heatter-Quigley game shows: Squares, High Rollers and Gambit.
Paul Lynde was my very favorite on the show ! He always made me laugh and still laugh at all the remarks jokes he said on the show !
Peter Marshall was such a gracious host…or master as he was announced.
Looked look to humor to cope always loved Paul Lynde he made me laugh lifted me up out of my depression in school !
If Jeff Goldblume had a demented younger brother, it'd be John Davidson. 😆
Love PAUL LYNDE; however, he always seemed nervous when introduced.
A blast before the show
That cruise ship is a dinghy compared to the ships of today.
Loved Holly Wood Sqaures Paul Lynde!
Hollywood is one word.
Always liked Hal Linden.
Fun to hear John's bluffs ;)
Leisure suits, pointed collars, and plaid sports jackets! Hope they belong to history and never make a reappearance!
Its funny. Mens fashions were going through turmoil then. Thats why the hippy look held on for so long. ✌😎
Plaid can stay there but pointy collars are sharper than today's generic stuff. 😁
Clown suits
Panel: John Davidson, Joan Rivers, Roy Clark, Carol Channing, Paul Lynde (center square), Hal Linden, George Gobel, Lynn Redgrave & Rich Little.

Plus, Shadoe Stevens as the Announcer.
Yes Shadoe Stevens was the announcer for the John Davidson version, but what does he have to do with this version?
That was Kenny Williams

Wow a Pontiac Vega.
Perhaps it might have been better if the questions asked to Miss Channing were things like "What is Your Name" or "What year is this"?
Hi. Any hope of finding Vince Edwards' appearances? Thanks.
When he was on?
@@adamcurry6443 Vince Edwards appeared on July 16 - July 20, 1973; November 5, 1975. The 2nd half hour. Thanks so much.
John Davidson and Joan Rivers would Return in the Late 80s, for The NEW Hollywood Squares, Joined by Jim J. Bullock and Shadoe Stevens
I think George gobel was funny at Hollywood squares
Carol Channing, not very smart huh.
Wally Cox=dead
Charlie Weaver=died
Joan Rivers not funny,not attractive
100% agree.
Ugh. Joan Rivers. All the other stars are funny and charming. Rivers is just annoyingly bothersome.
