nothing work for me watch almost 100 videos there was no batteries show in my manager. i install 1tb ssd in my surface lapto go today and install windows 10, then update to win 11 after that battry icon disappear did not even show in device manager. then install bios and icon came back rightway thanks for the info you are HERO

Yo Mumbai, you can't update BIOS if your battery is dead. The requirement for an update is the laptop needs to be plugged in with the battery charged
You can update but you need to change some files I recently done
