Hi, I’m getting ready to make a sign for a brand new store. I’m seeing that oracle 651 is not recommended since it’s calendared vinyl. What are your thoughts on what I should use? Obviously I want something that will last as long as possible. Thanks!
Hello! You should look at Oracal 751 & 951 those will last a lot longer and they are easier to work with specially for curved surfaces. Only downside is that they are more expensive. Oracal 651 is good and affordable and this is the reason we use them for most of our products.
Hey, I just got this transfer tape that you guys used. I was testing it out & it wasn’t sticking to the surface. I use a uscutter 871, what do you think the problem is? Do i need my blade to be out more or more pressure. Please let me know & thank you
You shouldn’t be cutting the transfer tape with the cutter? Is the blade cutting the vinyl out properly? If you can pull it off with you hand then it should be good. I can help, but I’m a bit confused by your problem.
@@VektorHaus I mean, when i apply the transfer tape to my finished decal. Once i go to apply to a surface, No matter how much pressure i use. The vinyl doesn’t stick to the surface
Hello what type of vinyl do you use? Did you get the transfer RTape AT-75 or is it the 60 or 65? The lower the number the weaker the adhesive and what type surface did you try to apply it?
