I found the 3M adhesive on the back to be super simple. Also I have seen you can adhere acrylic to acrylic if you cut them at the same time they will weld.

hi there! is there a standard size for the drill holes (for hanging) that you do on all signs? trying to figure out best way to hang an acrylic exterior door sign and if I need to create these holes or if there is a better way as the holes may not work with my design. TIA!
Hi! I found making the holes no smaller than .125" and most commonly .025" drill holes the best for signs I've made. These specific round signs I cut the 1/4" holes and then it was used to hang from the ceiling by the checkout stand

Hi, if you go to Trotec website, they call their acrylic material "trolase". You can also check out other great laserable acrylic at JDS website
Does the 3M hold up well over time on the sheet rock wall for the bathroom signs?
I imagine. It's the same stuff you find in Target that has the hooks you place on walls. I haven't heard anyone yet complain..
Wow! This is excellent. I use clear sheets and engrave the signs and then paint over it using acrylic paints. If I leave the sticker on when engraving, it becomes easier to paint once it’s dry I can peel off. However other times the sticker burns and gets stuck on the design which makes it difficult to paint. Any idea what’s the best way to?
You could try a couple things. If you search contact paper on Amazon, it comes in a roll and you can use that to peel and then paint the negative area you peel off. Or you could also search for a roll of 3M sticky paper that you can apply to the back of the colored acrylic to then stick on the clear acrylic.
What specific type of 3M tape did you use on the back of your sheets? Looks great
Alexis thanks, the 3M only costs $2 for a quarter sheet when you have Trotec apply it when you buy the acrylic at checkout

Thanks ❤️ most acrylic I get from JDS or Trotec. It works for the amount of one of signs I get. If you do a lot of signs I hear it's better to start sourcing local. Tag me on insta @repnmyhood when you make yours sign!
Fantastic result. was the adhesive allready applied on the acrylic sheet or do you buy and place that on yourself? I need ti make self adhesive letters
Thanks! I ordered the adhesive already applied to the back of the acrylic but you can also purchase the 3M adhesive as sheets on Amazon.
How much one should charge for the circle logo ? And how much is the trotec acrylic sheet for reference. Thank u for showing us all the steps .
I should have charged at least a $45 minimum for design for the circle logo. And Trotec acrylic comes in full, half and quarter acrylic sheets, the size I used was quarter and they are usually around $15/sheet.
What is the sticker adhesive tape that you use called? I love the idea of no glue!
Hi, it's called 3M you can buy it in sheets and stick it to the back of acrylic before you laser

Hi, if it's going to be something you see on the back, then clear adhesive glue. Otherwise, superglue will work as well.
What glue brand would you recommend? Runny glue or more gel like?

I get my acrylic from 3 places typically, JDS, Johnson's Plastic Plus, and Trotec all online. That's cool you were born here before it all turned into not cows!

Why do you elevate acrylic off the bed?
Hi, it helps make a better cut on the acrylic letting air underneath so it doesn't get trapped

Thank you. I didn't charge enough for these particular ones that I made but going forward I would charge $150 at least for the large pieces and the smaller one around $80 with the custom work
