I wanted to say thank you for sharing. I have tried to watch at least 10 other people share "their journey" and I could not get through the videos. You are so relatable and I appreciate you taking the time to document your experience. I plan to start in a few days, wish me luck! :)
You’re a hoot :) loved watching this video - I’ve lost 25 kilos the last 6 months through IF skip breakfast reducing processed carbs and sugar - certainly not keto and have reversed my diabetes and reduced inflammatory cortisol and other blood results - have started strength training 2-4 times per week tho I’ve fallen into a bit of a heap recently so watching you has reignited my motivation - have another 25 kilos to lose - oh, I’m 62 so nearly old enough to be your grandmother…..joking :) you remind me of me when I was your age x
oooooh Gloria you're a bloody inspiration!! congratulations on your journey so far, weightloss aside it sounds like you are doing some amazing things for your body & i have no doubt you'll achieve the next 25! never too old to look smokin hot in a bikini
Have to tell you this is the best vid I’ve seen of YT in a long time. You got straight to the point showed results and segmented the vid. No boring waffle trying to elongate ur vid. Love it. Btw well done great results
I do love how you took it all - participated genuinely, completed, and you’re comfortable dropping the activities you don’t have to continue. I feel you’re a good sport. You make me want to jump on this challenge, love your experience and feedback
I apologize for the back to back likes on your 75 Tik Tok acct. I am preparing to start on March 1st and found you. So glad I did because you are hilarious and relatable. And I love Rat.
Accurate AF! Thank you! For me the hardest part was peeeeeing non stop and timing the water so i wouldnt wet my pants doing the groceries or while out on walk haha 😅
You did so good! 🤩 I did the 75 hard challenge last summer too, and I made it to day 73!! and then I got the Covi.. 😭and had to stop! I tried to be happy with that... but I couldn't 😅 So I just started it again! ROUND 2, and now I'm on day 6 and I'm documenting it all on my channel! Are you going to try it again or have you kept your good habits? 🥰 I just subscribed to your channel 🥰
OMG LUCEY!!! This is bringing back so many old memories. I started watching you over 5 years ago, and you're back!! Great video, by the way. I love the documentary style videos.
very good take on the challenge. (water should be minimal of 35ml per kilogram of body weight (ex. 160 pounds(72kgx35), 2,5 liters )) a day more if is a hot/exercise day) for me i think you should make it hard with the planning specific for you and not follow his rules. like 2 workouts each one has to meaning something. like the outside one i will walk(because is for recovery) and the other one is gym(for strength/gain muscle ) that is hard on the body you need to rest. or one is yoga the other one could be running(with the purpose of getting faster and/or longer runs)
Outdoor running is the equivalent of indoor running at incline about 4. Basically, the treadmill does some work for you and incline can mostly balance it out if you want
first time seeing you on here and i have enjoyed this video so much. i can relate to you a lot and you made me laugh out loud several times. keep doing you girl 😁
I'm on a day 2. We have -6 to - 22 degrees at the moment 🤦🏻, it's mainly always cloudy and dark. There is basically no sun in the winter in Finland 😂 and the weather changes so quickly, there is everything from rain to snow to the freezing cold in a matter of a week. I frickin' hate the winter. In two weeks we have a company party for two days, all activities, food and drinks, payed. I'll be the one being sober and working out when others are still at the nightclub and hung over 😁 Also I need to do my outdoor workouts at 4 AM to get them in with my morning meditation before work. I work from 7 to 15 and am a powerlifter (well nowadays more of a powerbuilder) 5 days a week. I know, I'm not really sane for starting this thing this time of the year 😂😂😂 But totally need this shit at this exact time in my life. Never heard of 75 hard before, took me two days to decide to start at once. Here we go people, hope others are joining in 💪 come hell or high water, I'm gonna crush this the first time around 🤩 thanks for a fun video, much love 💜 😘
@@oljaaaaaaa Thanx for asking! 🤗 I made it 30 something days. My job schedule went to hell and I found myself not adapting to it or the 75 hard. Have to start over some day 🫣 I'm not making excuses, but I drew the line of doing my first workout at 3AM 😂😂 Would love to hear if someone else has a crazy schedule like that. I just didn't have the capacity at that point 😁😅
I want to do this challenge so bad but I don't have enough time in my day to do 2 × 45 minute workouts. Maybe after I graduate I'll be able to find the time
I use the couch to 5 k app. It’s awesome. I tell it it was too hard so it makes it easier to do the next session. Running is awesome once you get used to it,
My Achilles heel right now is LITERALLY the time. If I get up at 7 I could knock out 1 workout, reading and picture. But I just can't get up. Hopefully but day 21 I'm up early.

He did say in his podcast covering the program that it has to be non-fiction he didn’t say it had to be entrepreneurial just had to be something you can use to grow as a person he said its “learn new stuff time” based off the books you mentioned though they sound like they still would count cuz they sound every educational. Loved your video & your take on this challenge.
You are fucking hilarious and so real! I love it! I’m going through this challenge right now. Definitely following your advice on a few things. Cheers! Todd
Love this! You and I have very similar personalities (from what I can glean from the video). Your banter and little jokes had me laughing. I'm a shift worker (hospital) and I am doing 75 medium, sticking to a diet similar to yours, reading 10 pg of nonfiction, no alcohol, and one 45 minute workout daily (of which I have chosen to do outside...every day). On the days I am not doing night shift, I actually do a second 45 minute workout indoors as well. I've been to a few events where I was going to be around alcohol and did not want to explain to people why I wasn't drinking. I asked the bartender to pour my nonalcoholic beer into a mug like the other beers, and I also drank sparkling water with a lime. They look like alcohol, you still get to sip on something, and no one asks questions. You are so motivating to keep going! Thank you for posting this.
Love the honesty and all the tips but most of all thank you for being honest about the hair! I’ve wondered how women deal with that and it’s good to know to just let it go.
Of all the videos I’ve watched on this challenge, this is probably the most entertaining and helpful! Like I seriously feel so motivated to start tomorrow 😂 As someone in ED recovery, I couldn’t help but notice the way you talked about your family’s attitudes around ‘junk’ food and how you joke about food getting up and running off the plate. Not trying to diagnose you at all, just a fan that cares, but have you looked into food insecurity ? I.e. because those foods weren’t ‘allowed’ you’re making up for it now? Just my unsolicited thoughts 😅 Hope you’re still this happy and thriving!! ❤
you genuinely hit the nail on the head!! i always refer to it as i was "the kid who was never allowed cookies, who then got fat on cookies". i never understood how people who just had "junk" food in the cupboard wasn't eating it straight away, and could just stop when they felt like it. this was a very therapeutic comment to read i feel seen in a good way hahah. GOOD LUCK!!
@@brooke-sterling It went really well! I was pretty damn lean and hot by the end! then I got pregnant lol. Now I'm 2 weeks into my second round (walking 15-20K steps a day and not doing the water because that sucked) and I'm already feeling a heap better. I'd definitely recommend it, and just adjust it to suit you, its a great sense of achievement :)
It’s a non-fictional, self improvement book. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ he’s very clear it’s not just any book you want. That’s the best part for me because we are filling our minds with all the good shit!!!!
I hear you! And I originally went into it thinking thats what it was - but as I mentioned when you sign up online via his website for the official rules, its just 10 pages of a book! So he may have changed it to make it more accessible. Still, I went with all non-fiction :)
