I love those long form conversational videos on topics that matter. I haven’t seen the Wednesday workout vid tho! Please please please don’t stop the workout vids Isaiah! It’s the first thing I watch in the morning every Tuesday and Thursday (time difference lol). Pleaseeee!!!

  • @paulhemo

Yo Isiaiah, your passion for dunking and how focused you are is really inspiring to me fr, preciate you.

  • @ninjagoose

Doing a dunk session with a camera on your head would be cool

  • @jakov7048

lol someone the other day commented asking for a car vid, and here we are

  • @theinsignium1921

This was super helpful esp the stuff about progressing the PC. I was just thinking ya'll should make a reaction video to like in-game dunks from the NBA. Anthony Edwards, Ja Morant... give us a break-down. would be dope

  • @mcshuffles4032

    Beautiful stuff boys

  • @domidunks

Never thought about the catch of a power clean being like taking contact in a sport, I've gotten a lot better at taking contact in pickup games lately and my PC has also gone up 🤔

Hello great video I've been working on getting my vert up and going through your videos but one of my biggest issues right now is that I keep almost rolling my ankle on my takeoff step and after when I land do you have any videos on landing safely and also maybe shoes recommendations for dunk training in general thanks!

  • @timijiu9112

Ay first, and thanks for making a video on this topic!

  • @lvanoss

is a 28 inch vertical decent before doing any plyos or strength work?

  • @slep5039

Do you do any additional core work outside the McGill big 3 that allow you to squat so heavy without a belt?

  • @ivanvv17

How do I improve my front rack shoulder mobility?

  • @Transcendental1112

Hey fellas! What does it mean when I can jump almost as high as my standing vert by just using my calves and feet? I feel like I should be jumping much higher than I am currently. Somewhere, I am leaking energy. My RFD has always been good and I’ve increased my strength a lot over the past year. Bear in mind, I used to be able to jump 30-34” without lifting any weights by just hooping. Any advice? I’m 5’9” with somewhat long limbs and 155-160 lbs.

  • @kiramei5856

Isaiah, how can my squat stance affect my jump? I got legs bigger then my upper body and i need to squat a little more open but that doesnt look anything similar to my jump

  • @MrGunhoe

Dunking a ball and lifting a load on barbell isn’t the exact same task but going from full flexion to full extension with a barbell say a snatch yeah it’s a lot like dunking except the landing or falling safely after dunking part that’s sport specific

  • @paulleclaire8252

The bummer is a lot of hoopers hate to lift and also look for any excuse to not do the tired and true barbell exercises. They will try to default to some weird bosuo ball thing

  • @Andrew_J123

Would you guys have a guess as to what Clarence Kennedy's max vert was? Would be interested to find out especially considering his crazy oly stats

  • @mypetgiantsquid

I am 4’10 and 700 pounds, in 7th grade. Would Oly lifts help me dunk?

  • @lundoren5240

You think Olympic lifts will help me on jumping from my other plants. Like my left right vert is prolly 36” and my standing 32” and then my jumps off any other plant is prolly like 28”. My one foot is ass and right left I can’t touch rim
