I love sprinting - I just wanna be the best at everything. My favourite shit is test day when I broad jump farther, run faster , bound farther, lift heavier etc then everybody else
@@A-A-RonDavis2470 i tested like my max sprint without losing too much speed, i can run 500m no problem staying consistant, past that i start to slow down and get tired (100% max effort running)
If you sign up for thp, do you guys train for anything. For instance, would you specialize a program for basketball twitchiness (first step, change of direction, and ability to get off the floor quickly and effortlessly), or do you do only jumping as high as possible?
What? Depende how old You are man You can Even into your 50s and 60s but it Will just take a Lot longer and you'll have to be more careful because youd be prone to injury

Now we want to see Isaiah run the 100m on track💪🔥
He'd rather not 😂- probs would pull his hammy at this point
After my first year of track and field in high school (senior year), I could 2-hand dunk without any warmup.
W thumbnail.
excellent video bro, you should try a dunk from the free throw line like MJ
What about the distance of the sprints?
i was wondering, 50m 100m 200 or 500m
@@EnoughBodyYou're not truly sprinting past 100m anyways, it's probably like 50m or 40yd.

What's Your opinion on doing dumbbell squat jumps for increasing your vertical if you don't have a barbell?
Not much difference, except you probably can't use as much weight with the dumbbell. Still a great alternative.
Better than nothing altho load will be an issue later on, until then stick to it👌
Bro you should try triple jump
How about sprinting uphill topic? How often to do it?

Yessir
For someone who is in season and the priority is to jump higher. Would you say skip out on the sprints and focus solely on jumping (dunk sessions)?
am i glazing or Isaiah looking really jacked now??
Nah he def is leaning up lol. And he does a lot of upper these days
Great info
I love sprinting
What's the role of hamstring and how to use it?
Hey guys, how important is the ankle mobility for jumping?
More important if you’re a shorter athlete.
A decent bit, especially if you want to squat full ROM well without bending over or having excessive butt wink.
cant penultimate without it
Can you still make progress in jump training even after a certain age?
