Thanks for sharing this, Kase! We can help arranging shipping anywhere in the world if the winner needs it...
I think you need to contact your people over at that Honda museum and or whom ever your contacts are in the Honda corporation and tell them to get on this. It should be part of their collection. Would it be fun in the snow? Hard to say. Slow and steady works, but pushing power on snow needs to be substantial. But that is all dependent on weight to power ratio.
I was working at CHP, Classic Honda, and we built one with parts ordered from Honda Japan. It’s in the show room in Tyler Tx.
They had a picture of one of these in I think maybe Dirt Bike or Dirt Wheels magazine around '91, I cut out the picture, I wanted one so much, but they never appeared!!
Did not know this even existed, pretty cool! I think you should bid on it Kase! 😄
It will probably hold it's value just fine, if you ever want to sell it.
I had 3 of these in the 90s. It was pretty peppy with good power that would go 45 mph plus. They would take a beating and just keep going.
Can you share the story of where / how you got them? For example, bought new from US Honda dealer?
@@-Jethro- I should have clarified I got the wheeled Cub versions. My friend owned the local Honda shop. His wife had one for years that she would trail ride on.
@@fscottgray9784 Oh, that helps. I was wondering how you got three very rare “bikes”. 👍
Looks like fun on a snow day
Very satisfying to look at. If you get strong chocolate cravings like me ; try stirring a few spoons of brownies mix into cream of wheat. 👈🏾👶🏾✌🏾
I have seen a full sized one a guy built one that was about the size of a adult motoX bike I can not remeber the engine manufacture used or the CC but I saw it and wished it was made by Honda as I really wanted it but it is a one off shame.
Like this content maybe you could do a series of all the different manufacturers museum and private collections.
Looks like a pit bike you would see at a Indycar race.
Buy it my friend you only have one life to live😊
Idk, you seem rather ambidextrous enough, mechanically inclined & innovated sufficient. To rig what looks like a
3 wheeler. Like a trike snowmobile. 😂 & 3 wheelers are "vintage" too & probably as "safe" as this thing is. I say Do it! Still 2 days to bid! So there's no ❄️in sight in Denver/Boulder so. Always Wyoming! 😂 -
It's still sitting at $4,600, reserve not met.
