I stacked the trauma dressing on the chest seals and the quick clot on the opposite end of the side with the blanket. Ditch the gloves and it all fits.

I like mine- cool piece of kit. Doesn’t come out like butter, at all, and mine has a few things yours doesn’t so it isn’t as thin
The workmanship for the price isn’t bad

I was able to get a compression bandage in but took out one pair gloves and blanket. Still a super tight fit and you have to tug the red tabs really hard to pull kit out and still a challenge. Dont like that in an emergency. I have most of the Agilite products and 100% love all of them, but the med kit absolutely needs to be redesigned a tad bigger..

you left out the blanket and the trauma dressing so it doesnt work as easy as yours, and its not as thin.

The blanket is opposite the chest seals.

Yeah I can't make mine all fit either. That sucks. Got to use the old fashioned ifak

Ne warned...This is a very small IFAK pouch. Shears in the vid are "small". Won't even fit a full sized bandage.

My md2 is sewn in the middle so shears don't fit

  • @DrKruppstahl

Its very small. Have one and you can't fit a standard IFAK....Also good trauma shears (like Raptor) will not fit
Have in there 2 chest seals, 4" trauma dressing, gloves, quick clot, sharpie and thats it. You can barely fit this into the thing. The pouch should be elastic and not that rigid...
Not very happy with it, but now I have it...

Same I’ve been a fan of Agilite gear in the past but I’m not really satisfied with this item. The fact that if I put to much in there it’s literally stuck is kinda scary. I’m on their T&E team if they’d have asked I would have recommended making the top and bottom out of the same elastic material the pincer is made out of
