there's a handcrafts plaza that not many tourist visit called "La Plaza del Artesano", street Republica de Uruguay #75, some also call it "la plaza del marihuano" because there are some vendors of bongs and pipes, also if you want material to make tattoos that's the place to get all, machines, inks, etc...
