I think the young man at the end of the video is very correct about your accent. It is part of who you are and where you come from. I don't worry about mine, I just focus on using my 2nd language correctly and be understood. Of course we all are always learning and changing. Great job man.
Your Spanish to me sounds good the accent it’s always there like me I have been living here in the USA for more then 30 years and still have an accent but I like Es como parte de ti a mi me encantan Porq siempre me dicen si soy de Francia y soy Mexicana tu español Muy bueno
Saludos.
They mean a you deploy a non-Mexican Spanish phonological répertoire. Every speaker has an accent made up of the language sample they're exposed to in their formative years. In US English, there's a wide range of accents, from New Englanders, to Appalachian, to PA Germanic on through TX, AL, and NM variants and so on. Same in the UK and elsewhere. The people on the vid acknowledged your mastery of syntax and the broad outlines of semantics u display. In addition, they're polite as I most certainly would not give u a 8 or 9 level of proficiency without listening to at least 25mins of your language sample. Still, if it's enough to communicate then it works, right?
