Look at you go, you little Matt Farah without the canyon roads! Loved the race-face concentration, and did you say dumb-o? New word for me to borrow. I don't know if you want it behind you, but I'd love a shenanigan review of the Tahoe. It's played out, but that build on 1st gen small block for cheap still impresses me. Haven't seen many do it. Maybe boost doctor's box some day?
The 10 speed is what absolutely makes this model. Best move Ford ever made. Keeps the engine in the power and geared correctly. Not gonna lie, wish my DDHC had 2 more gears!😁🤣
We (HalferLand Performance) run 12.4:1 compression in our 3.5 J35a7 Honda Jseries Turbo Setup. Made 550whp/464wtq on just 8psi 😁 Two tunes, 93 octane pump and E85 pump
Engine component materials, timing( mechanical/ electronic), fuel quality and rating… it’s all about cylinder pressure and management of it. In this case, the Variable Intake timing will advance or retard cam timing of the intake and exhaust camshafts; bleeding off cylinder pressure while not under a load. Essentially creating more overlap. I would imagine this is a win win. Boost loves overlap because the valves hang open longer to allow the pressurized air to fill the cylinders under light throttle and allow for complete sealing in high rpm to maintain pressure without bleeding off and taking advantage of advanced timing. * rule of thumb though is to retard total timing 1 degree for every 2 psi of boost
Gen 1 is the best raw sounding 5.0 in my opinion. I agree, average dyno numbers are more important than peak numbers. Take the g70 and stinger gt they surprise a lot people. Well at least the 3.3tt engine does.
For my first muscle car I’m really a stuck between a 10sp 5:0 a v2 CTSV or a base mode c6 idk that 5.0 sounds great wit a cross exhaust but then again that ls sounds mad good with a cam decisions decisins
@@Highlander1432 I personally had a cowl hood already so I didn’t have to lower my engine..but the cobra jet can fit under a stock hood, stock height engine..you would have to cut out a small section on the inside of your hood
11.8? Lmfao they run that bone stock on street tires. Does he have long tubes? What the point on a CJ and no long tubes? Fbo non cam 10r80 runs 10s all day long
Drive a whipple terminator cobra!!!! You think the coyote is impressive for its time no try the terminator cobra whipple supercharged e85 etc.. trust me.
5.0 is still the best sounding cold start sound ever.

In a Accord EX-L I assume? Those things can make some serious power , everyone ignores them for SI’s.
came here from the tok and im glad I found ur tube. u great at doing what u do man keep it up
This mustang is amazing 🔥😮💨
Great video bro and great personality 👍🏼! 🇺🇸
Love mustangs
Time to get a hellcat on the channel👀 what y’all think?
Do it
Yes
Hell yeah hope my been up they with a hell cat after my feul upgrade get it up there with it
That car as it sits way faster than a hellcat
@@DikeLover it’s not smoking a challenger red eye
Nice cobra jet conversion bro
Gonna try and go for this set up mines completely stock other than an h pipe and pulls pretty hard even at that
Great video! In the old days compression had to be down around 8, to boost the engines. How is a coyote engine able to handle boost with a CR of 12?

Direct injection helps immensely
High CR's and boost are attainable with variable valve timing technology.

What exhaust does it have?
Roush Axleback, don’t know the exact specifics. All I know is it has a deep rich tone that is much better than raspy Borla Ataks😂
Hey I’m on E85 with Roush intake and Corsa Extreme Catback, would you recommend the CJ setup?
