This is one of my favourite base ships in the game but Just incase anyone is interested but the Base Vista comes with 800 fuel 1049 hull 3280, cargo, 27 reactor a jump of 21 and 900 shields and costs 367k. the vista 2 comes with the same 800 fuel and 3280 cargo but has a reactor of 38 and a jump of 26, a shield of 1190. (I can't remember the cost of the visa 2) My guess is your costs will be different depending on your skills and I'd imagine completing the vanguard quest and becoming a UC citizen may reduce the costs of ships bought in the UC too but I'm not sure in that.
It's my favorite ship, I updated the shields and weapons and mine will do a crew of 9, but I can do 8. It's a very expensive ship, I got mind from the outpost landing pad vendor. The bridge is very cool, but sometimes the crew likes to look out the front window while you're in combat:0). Switch the engines with four Dunn71's and she becomes more mobile.
HIGHLY UNDERRATED is the Prophecy. I wish I was adept enough to show you all my repurposed Va’ruun Prophecy II. I was set out to make one with an interior that made sense, and it didn’t cost much to get it to top tier. I removed a lot of Habs, I actually cut A LOT of Mass by just doing so. Had enough Mass left over to add substantial cargo on top of what it already had. I kept the same “general shape”. Ended up turning into a beast, it’s my favorite yet
To do a quick recolor of the bridge, select another piece, change the color one spot to the right, then one spot to the left, it will now be stored under 'recent colors'. Now select the Ares Bridge, recolor it, and select the recent color. It should now match the rest of the ship.
Good Stuff Mate! This ones been my Ship now for some time i switched out the Infirmary for the workshop much better.. As for everything else it's pretty much maxed out switched out the EM for Missiles she's an absolute beast in battle.👍
4:55 it will always move back to cargo storage, don't listen anyone saying otherwise - they are lying to create more drama. I redesigned my ships so many times, never did i lost any of my gear in the process.
This is my home ship I have done upgrades and for as big as it is it turns on a dime and can hold its own with just about anything If you modify the ship your weapons will go back into your ships cargo so you will have to put them back up
It did seem quite nippy in the time i spent using it. It's annoying having to replace all the stored weapons, but at least they patched the bug where you'd lose them
It's simply too damn big for me. I tried it. Upgraded it. But in the end reloaded a previous save to before I bought it and hopped back in my upgraded Narwhal. A much better fit for my playstyle.

After grinding ships at Serpentis system in my upgraded Razorleaf till I reached lvl 40, I found a Vista for sale at New Homestead on Titan.

So it's all safe now. that's good to know. Ill have to start displaying some of my guns again

It is a very large ship, Narwhal is much more compact with its sizing

What level do you have to be at to get this?
I dont believe there is a level requirement, you just have to jump around serarching the various ship vendors

I did not start seeing them at vendors until I hit lvl 65

One website I found says Vista III will start to be for sale at level 76+. I am level 41 and no version of the Vista is anywhere right now.
I found mine on akila…I landed to scope out a settlement spot and it landed Infront of me
