fun fact: the timeline of events in the 6 months of when Ubuyashiki was suppose to die. -the opening scene of Mugen Train was him basically saying he was dying soon. that was likely around the moment when exactly he knew he was going to die (his 'in a few days' line). -Ep1 of the Redlight District arc Tanjirou monologues that it's been 4 months since Rengoku died. -Ubuyashiki coughing up blood in the S2 finale and his monologue about how fate has changed with the death of an UM. this was likely when his death woulda happened as the trio and Uzui were on their mission for 3 days. -Ep1 of the Swordsmith Village arc Tanjirou was incapacitated after the end of S2 for 2 months. -Tanjirou throughout the Hashira Training arc has basically been training for about 3 weeks. so Ubuyashiki was truly holding back his death on pure willpower throughout all of these events, until the very moment Muzan came to him, which is so wild.
THANK GOD you’re the first reactor i’ve seen who is actually correct on how Muzan > all the hashira. the amount of people i’ve seen saying “oh they would’ve stomped him right there” is crazy
We haven't really seen what Muzan can REALLY do (in the anime), OR how difficult he is to truly kill at this point. We've only seen him kill humans or kill/threaten his subordinates like when Akaza reported what happened on the Mugen Train or when he ate most of the Lower Moons. Like, yes he's obviously the strongest of the demons and the remaining upper moons can take most Hashira 1v1 without breaking a sweat. But ALL the Hashira plus Tanjiro at once could definitely take out any upper moon including Kokushibo. It's reasonable for non-manga readers to assume all of them together would be able to take him in this situation.

The Muzan fight doesn't happen in the castle. It's probably it's own separate thing, since it's its own arc. (Still happens in the same night) Most likely, it's as ya'll predicted. 1st film - Akaza (Well also get a couple of others, including Zenitsu's fight) 2nd film - Douma 3rd film - Kokushibo Kokushibo's fight is too long. It would def need is own film. And Muzan's is even longer, 1 film alone wouldn't be long enough to cover it. Unless they start cramming in everything. But Douma's fight should only be about an hour, so who knows what they'll do. But my bet is on the Muzan fight being separate.
If Muzan is killed, all demons will also die, so demon slayer corps wouldn't need to exist anymore. I think there'll be some heavy losses in those movies.
Demons who got out of Muzan's control are probably not going to perish along Muzan when he dies... As mentioned by Muzan in Season 2 Nezuko escaped his control just like Tamayo. So if Muzan were to die? the only demons that will keep on living are probably Tamayo, Nezuko & Yushiro who got turned by Lady Tamayo.
