There isn't a whole lot of meaning to this one compared to Gildedguy's other animations. This one is purely a love letter to RHG and the animators of the past
So Rock Hard Gladiators are basically the original characters of stick animators, who would pit them against each other. Each animator would create an animation of the fight and the community would vote on who had the better animation (and by extension which character won the fight.) Andre, the hammer guy, was one of the original founders. It's been quite a while since RHG fights were a thing, but Gildedguy actually participated in a few RHG battles, like Gildedguy VS Jade.
As for what's going on in the animation, Andre seems to be destroying the colliseum's that glorified the RHG fights, as he had a lot of friends who died or were horribly injured from the battles. Gildedguy and the younger fighter both idolized the fights from the old times, and what you see scattered throughout the fight are flashbacks to the more legendary fights of the old RHG battles. At the end of the animation you see a lot of ghosts of the famous fighters of the past.
It's theorized that Andre is more of a vengeful spirit rather than actually still alive, as he disappears at the end and there was the point where he seemed to be rotting away partway through the fight.
I watched a lot of stickfights from before the RHG times, but wasn't around during the time of RHG. I do have one that I highly recommend you watch, that being Umbrella VS FLLFFL. FLLFFL (also known as Alfa) is the original character of Terkoiz, who was a legendary animator in his own time, and if you want more stickfights to watch in general I'd recommend the Shock series by Terkoiz. All of these are much different, and far older, than Gildedguy's animations, they're just pure fighting with only a bit of plot.

I heard that Andre was destroying the statues and what not because he wants to eradicate any knowledge the bloodshed he helped cause in the past

All the statues represent past animations with Stick Figure characters actually everybody that Gilded has fought has been from someone else a.k.a. Jade Bog

Sooo...Andre (with a hammer) is a founder of Rock Hard Gladiators (rhg), and a lot of people (original characters of other animators) died there, so he regrets it and wants to destroy it all to stop the new generation, like Gilded and Arzon,who were inspired by those fights, from continuing it's legaccy of bloodshed
He is most likely already dead and was just a spirit during the fight, so when Gilded and Arzon showed him, that this new generation has more compassion (Arzon treating Gilded's wound, them both trying to save Andre from falling) he finds peace and stops fighting them, dissapearing (no body is left after he fell)

as someone who used to watch a LOT of RHG battles, this just straight up gives me a nostalgia boner. and I adore the fact that just like me, Arzon is a huge Nhazul fan too.

If someone hasnt already mentioned. The whole arena and the statues are a tribute to a lot of og animators that made history thru stick fight animations, a LOT of legends

Was just coming to post this, I hope he still wants to react to these
Going to try and make it super straight forward and simple; the coliseum represents the stick fighting organization that existed way, waaaay before hyun's dojo and the current stick fights that exist. People like Gildedguy and Arzon (the white stick in the animation) were inspired by legends like Andre, Nhazul, Alfa, etc from the previous generation, both in the sense of the actual characters and the animators themselves.
To continue, Stone the hammer guy wanted to get rid of the organisation he created because it resulted in so much death of his friends and others and he did not want the next generation to end up like them and idolise it. Gildedguy and Arzon didn't want him to destroy it so they fought. The sword gust thing gildedguy does was from Alfa
