Congratulations Brenna on the, over 100k, I’m going to check out glamour vlogs… the embroidery machine, scares the hell out of me, my 1 needle sewing machine, HATES ME LOL…. I’m starting to do a bit of crochet, I’ve just mastered an artisan bag, I do scrunchies, I learned those from passioknitoelsie on RUclips, I’m not sure I’m confident enough to setup a business, RUclips, ship station etc, it absolutely blows my mind….. but, I have got a few orders from friends for bags so they must be pretty ok….. ❤ super good luck with the prickly thingy lol x keep smiling Brenna, it’s infectious

Sadly, Ricoma's just aren't great machines and seem to require a lot more of the user for maintenance and repairs. They're on a similar level to a lot of the Chinese machines from everything I've read. You may be better off going with a more 'reputable' brand, like Tajima, Barudan, ZSK, Happy etc, even Melco. There's a lot online about the poor quality of Ricoma, and the only people seeming to have a good experience, that I've seen anyway, are those that are working directly with the brand. It sucks you're having so many issues though, and I'm sorry Ricoma themselves haven't replied to you yet! Hopefully all can be fixed soon, and you have minimal issues from here on out!
