Hi ! May Allah bless your business .🙏🏻 For the frosted mug I’m using 363 degrees F within 70 seconds. For the DTF one that you got from Temu it will have a instructions for the temperature and seconds for the machine ❤

No dear only if the mug is coated with sublimation . So whenever you buy ask if it has sublimation coating
